Aims

In this three-hour session, I hope to demonstrate the strong links to children’s speech, language and communication that fantasy and pretend play has. We shall explore how children use pretend play to help navigate their world

Fantasy and pretend play are some of the first tools children use to help understand the world around them This session will be all about fantasy and pretend play and the importance to children’s emerging and developing imagination and creativity and the links to speech, language and communication
