Summary
This course is aimed at Nursery Leaders and Managers and has a focus on looking at styles of leadership, self-reflection, emotional intelligence and how to support staff wellbeing. Following the Minds Matter (June 2018) report and in advance of the roll out of the EYFS (2021), as well as the impact Covid19 is having at present, it is more important than ever to ensure that we consider how staff are coping and to reflect on how, as leaders, managers and supervisors we can support practitioner wellbeing in our settings. This course will also encourage you to reflect on your own emotional intelligence and managerial competencies with the aim of giving you some further ideas and reflection to take back to your leadership role.
