Aims
To support participants to complete elements of the Bronze audit in the following areas:
- Section A - Personnel development, behaviour and welfare
- Section B - Quality of education
- Section C - Leadership and management
The training will be an opportunity for attendees to discuss and share best practise with colleagues.
It is a self-reflective session and will support inspection outcomes by demonstrating to Ofsted your commitment to continual professional development (CPD) and improvement.
Summary
This full day training is for providers who have completed the First Steps Award and are embarking on their Bronze audit.
The session will cover:
- Social and emotional health and wellbeing
- speech and language
- healthy eating
- oral health
- breast-feeding
- immunisation

- sustainability.
